If the Proofer in Tong St wont switch on then its worth remembering this -

the power cable from the red socket can be SWITCHED OFF and then removed from the back of the oven. Give it 10 mins to reset and then it can be reattached and switched back on , and it may work again .

this worked on ticket # 2867 , so could work again.
