This is if the 'coffee' element of the machine is not working (but milk, hot water is ok)
1) Press the screen in the top left corner on the word ready and keep hold of it for a couple of seconds
2) A box will appear asking for a pin. Enter 1111
3) The 'service card' screen should then appear
4) Scroll through the menu by pressing the '+' button until you reach "Output Test"
5) It should say on screen grinder 1
6) Press step.
7) Press clear and keep hold of button for around 2/3 seconds, this will test the functionality of the first coffee grinder / check if its blocked.
8) Press '+' for grinder 2
9) Keep hold of clear again for 2/3 seconds
10) Press the screen in the top left corner to return to the menu.
